Founded in 2005, Seaart International Ltd has been establishing our factories in shenzhen (Shenzhen SeaArt Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd), specializing in manufacturing and exporting LED lighting products to European and American (approved CE, RoHS certificatation).
